About Me
Hey, I am Simon! I am a Director of Photography based in Düsseldorf. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Cinematography from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Ostwestfalen-Lippe and with a masters degree in Cinematography from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund. I have cofounded the company Standbild GmbH in 2015 and worked there for five years as a CEO, producer and DoP.
I mostly shoot commercials but I also do music videos, documentarys, and short films. I made commercials for clients like EDEKA, Dyson and Union Investment as a DoP.
I love lighting and technology and try to use my intrest in these areas to get better with every project that I shoot.
